Es war alles prima. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schönes Zimmer im 6. Stock mit Blick zum Main. Sehr komfortables Bett und alles sehr sauber und einladend. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer zur Verfügung stand und wir die Möglichkeit hatten, uns einen leckeren Kaffee am Morgen zuzubereiten.

Ich finde die Parkgebühren zu teuer, aber das ist ja allgemein so.

Alles in allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hadn’t expected such an exceptional stay. Wonderful!

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and then to keep our car parked in the hotel lot into the evening the next day. Both of these accommodations made our trip so much easier. On top of that, our room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Highly recommend staying at this property!

There is absolutely nothing that this hotel could have done better.

It was fine for the night.

The breakfast was very good.

The room was not clean (curtains and windows), you can hear the noise of pipes (especially from 6:00 in the morning).

Gutes Hotel mit Personalproblemen

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind groß, sehr gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Auch die gesamte Ausstattung des Hotels hat uns gefallen. Auf dem Parkplatz gibt es Ladesäulen für E-Autos Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich.

Leider hat das Personal erhebliche Schwächen. So konnte uns am Anreisetag nicht gesagt werden, ob es einen Shuttle zur Messe geben wird ( den es dann gab ) . In der Bar war der Service sehr schlecht, es standen stundenlang benutzte Gläser auf den Tischen, die nicht abgeräumt wurden. Am Abreisetag wurde uns dann noch eine Rechnung von der Bar berecnnet, obwohl ich meine direkt am Abend dort bezahlt hatte. Zur Ehrenrettung, die Rechnung wurde beim CheckOut anstandslos storniert.

Modern keten hotel , met eigen parkeerterrein, niet ver van centrum Frankfurt.

Bereikbaarheid en eigen parkeerterrein,

Kamer ventilatie is een punt van aandacht. Eerst kregen we een kamer waarbij de ventilatie alleen zeer warme lucht verspreidde. Vervolgens kregen we via de receptie een andere kamer waarvan de ventilatie in orde was.

프랑크푸르트 중심과는 비교적 거리가 조금 있는 편이지만 Sbahn 이용해서 호텔에 닿을 수 있음. 자동차 여행자에게 추천

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Just ok

Breakfast needs to be improved! A very basic breakfast for 18 euros per day, same spread everyday and sometimes trays are even empty! I would say skip the breakfast

Très bon établissement

Dès l'arrivée, présence de quelques gourmandises+café (et vin chaud en cette période de noël) à la réception. Le personnel est très professionnel et attentionné. L'hôtel est très spacieux, tout comme les chambres, qui sont bien insonorisées. Nous y sommes venus à deux reprises, ce qui ne nous arrive pas souvent.

Schöner Aufenthalt.

Super schöne Zimmer!

Die schlechtesten Spiegeleier, die ich meinem Leben gegessen habe. Ein Mischung aus Gummi, verdorben, hart und ungenießbar. Ich bin viel unterwegs in der Welt, aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Besser man würde die Spiegeleier weglassen, wenn man es nicht kann. Ansonsten war das Frühstück allerdings sehr gut.

Die Lage war man in einem Industriegebiet. Aber das Hotel war Mega. Super großes Zimmer. Tolles Betten, großes Bad. Sauber. Sehr zufrieden.

Overall a nice and comfy stay at Leonardo. The room was reguarly cleaned. Staff was cooperative.

Rooms were spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the coffee in the room. Good location for us.

It was exceptionally cold outside which means the dining area was quite cold too and so was breakfast, even the eggs that came straight out of the kitchen. Also the bathroom in our room could have been cleaner (the wall next to the toilet).

Die Angestellten am Empfang waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön. Vorallem das Badezimmer mit der Großen Dusche hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker. Vorallem das Frühstücksbuffet war Klasse. Viel Auswahl und ebenfalls sehr lecker! Ich würde es wieder buchen!

Sehr zufrieden

Habe es für meine Eltern reserviert. Sie waren für diesen Preis angenehm überrascht. Zimmer sauber, super ausgestattet, und ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen und der Service war ganz toll. Haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

A hotel worth staying in!!

Serenity Clean Breakfast Location and Staff. Excellent!

I arrived an hour before the official check-in time (3 p.m.) and a male receptionist unfriendly, asked I should await until he calls me to check in. He never did, and when I realized other guests who arrived after me were being checked in, I approached one of the ladies, who was full of smiles and welcoming, seamlessly allocated my room.

Excelente opción, bastante cerca y a buen precio

La habitación muy linda, las zonas comunes también. El desayuno bastante bueno. El servicio del personal, excelente. Aunque parece que está lejos del centro, es fácil y rápido llegar a él. Teniendo en cuenta que el centro es un poco peligroso en la zona roja, y caro saliendo de la zona roja, este hotel está perfecto, no muy lejos y a muy buen precio.

Lo único que nos desconcertó fue la instalación eléctrica, en la que, al momento de apagar las luces, casi todos los contactos dejan de funcionar, específicamente en la habitación adicional, pero igual vale la pena.
