Väldigt enkelt men passar priset.
Trevlig personal.
Enkelt och snabbt att ta sig till centrum via spårvagn.
Det saknas AC och under min vistelse var det 35c grader i Frankfurt.
Inga glas i rummet för att dricka vatten.
Bemannat bara tills kl. 16 på em.
Ingenting att köpa (frukost, något att dricka, snacks).
Inget Kafé eller livsmedel affär i närheten.

Der Check-in war unkompliziert und flexibel. Eine Haltestelle ist nur etwa zwei Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber.
allerdings gibt es keine Klimaanlage und der Ventilator war leider sehr schwach. Bei geöffnetem Fenster waren die Geräusche von Autos und Zügen sehr laut.

In my opinion, having a coffee machine is a great idea, but it would have been even better if at least a couple of coffee capsules and tea bags had been provided, along with some hand towels or tissues. I also missed having an iron and the option to get at least a couple of extra pillows.
Unfortunately, during hot weather, it is impossible to keep the windows open at night because there is a tram running directly below the windows, and there were also drunk people making a lot of noise and holding concerts nearby. On top of that, we could not use the fan because it was broken.
However, the biggest problem was the check-in. It took us around 40 minutes, including several calls to the helpline. The check-in could not be completed because the system kept showing an error saying that the room was not ready, even though I started the check-in process at 3:07 PM.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience and would not choose this accommodation again. After a long journey with children, having to spend 40 minutes dealing with check-in issues was extremely frustrating and exhausting.
I would not recommend this place if you are travelling with children or arriving tired after a long journey.
