Disappointed

It was a nice modern apartment.

There was no wifi password advertised. It took a long time for a reply only to tell us it was on the back of the unit but the writing was too small to easily read. There were things left in the unit from previous users. Things in the dishwasher were dirty and there was no dishwashing tablets. The bathroom flooded when we had a shower. So we had a major clean up - leaving the place much cleaner then we left for our overnight stay. It could have been a more smoother stay if a few things were put in place. There is no office so everything is operated remotely so it took a little while to find our way around for eg the parking... If there were directions sent on our arrival it would have made it so much better but instead we had trouble contacting the owner... Sorry but these few things didn't make our stay enjoyable but it is a nice unit and nicely fitted out.

This was our second stay there, twice as expensive as in January. We were disappointed and will not come again

The staff was friendly and reasonably helpful

The apartment is dirty and unkempt. There are vodka bottles crumbling in the cabinets. No parking or any place in the area to park a car. No cribs for the baby despite the fact that they are on offer. Water in the sink does not go down. We were given only 3 towels for 3 people. We didn't even get toilet paper.

No late check in possible. We came late and they wrote info about the check very late. We tried to call them but no answer in the Phone. No information on the main door. We didn't use the Appartement and we asked for a refound but they didn't.

Best place to stay in szczecin , i will come back every time I visit szczecin :) great staff .

Excellent service , they provide me with iron machine at 11 oclock on the night .

You need to check the bathroom smell , the smell is really bad , i don't know from where it's coming , you need to fix it to avoid negative feedback.

The apt has everything you need for a visit to Stettin. And also it was spotless :) Very warm and with a super nice balcony.

The bed was not comfortable as it's say in the ad and the bed linen was not the proper size... so if you moved a little bit you were sleeping on the mattress. Also there was no wifi.

Flat 26 was very cold! The person who takes care , promiced to solve it but not even call back or asked how i am.Too expencive for things you offer Please also check shower! Its leacking... Last thing , if you have a option to pay at the property by cash, please before try to take money from the card, ask for permission!

Nothing. I tried to change the date by 1 day but they didnt accept it cause their cleaners had a plan that they had to follow BUT they came in anyways on the day in between when we were at home. Plus the guy told us that we will get a garage place which we didnt. We had a very expensive car parked outside on the street.

Spacious apparments but missing details....

The apartments were very spacious. They are located within walking distance of the city center.

There were blinds missing in the apparment (south facing) so we were kind of forced to sleep in the living room. All in all the apparments were in a good condition but as for me I wouldn't call them luxurious or deluxe. E.g. in one of the apartments they just stopped finishing painting the bed room, reading lights were missing in one of the apparments bedrooms. English communication was often held short, I wouldn't say specifically friendly (at least on the phone). As they don't have an office / reception where the apparment keys can be picked up you ll need to call the owners. Fair dues someone arrived swiftly to show us the apartments and handed over the key (1 key per apparment - no spares).

good for short stay for a couple or single person

nice, modern flat, i liked the decor, very stylish and relaxing lift to the first floor, comfy bed, balcony, TV, big bathroom host let us check in early which was great otherwise we would have been stranded outside with a 3 year old coffee machine, nice touch

things to improve to make it perfect: -not very good water pressure in the shower -no blinds, will be impossible to sleep during the summer -oven was dirty on arrival - no tray to use it -not enough cutlery, i think 1 big spoon no small spoons, -no rack to dry clothes - no kitchen towel or washing up liquid

Nice and clean, and compering to other place’s I like to come back here.

The apartment look as a new, comfortable bed in the bedroom, nice kitchen with oven. The livingroom had tv with netflix and cable channels, and also free wifi. All in all Iam satisfied with the price and quality of the apartment.

I could use a microwave in the kitchen if I stay longer. That should be basic equipment in 2020. In the bathroom few stuff need to be fixed. But none of the mentioned was bad. Its just my opinion at all.
