Alles perfekt.

Sehr sauber und funktionell. Freundliches Personal. Schneller Check-In.

Lage an Straße. Hatte leider ein Zimmer zur Straße hin. Fenster musste geschlossen bleiben.

Bardzo mila obsluga i pomocna obsluga hotelu. Sniadania bardzo dobre. Duzy wybor wedlin, serow i deserow, na pewno kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Malo tego sniadanie i parking w cenie co jest rzadko spotykane. Bardzo dobra restauracja, dobry kucharz gotujacy z pasja. Smialo mozna zamawiac praktycznie wszystko z karty bo jest smacznie i swiezo. Wygodne lozka, przestronna lazienka. CZYSTO!. Bardzo cicho a widok na jeziorko uspokaja. Kameralnie i przytulnie. Zarezerwowalem kolejny pobyt bo warto. Jedyna rzecz ktora mn

Really good hotel.

The hotel have very good location. Very clean, all equipments, bed, furniture new and good decorated. Staff very professional and very friendly. Restaurant, breakfast was excellent. Recommend for everyone.

Road to parking in warst condition and should be repaired.

Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück. Die gute Anbindung zum öffentlichen Verkehr. Der Park und See am Hotel waren sehr schön.

SPA leider nur gegen Bezahlung.

Bardzo miły personel, dobre jedzenie, dobra lokalizacja, darmowy parking, bardzo dobry stosunek jakosci do ceny.

Jakość kapci w pokoju - już chyba lepiej żeby w ogóle ich nie było ;)

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, helped us with tickets and printing…. Spacious nicely decorated room and lovely breakfast! The whole place is modern yet has a retro kind of feeling. A great base from which to see the town and the really excellent zoo, we even spent one evening bowling in house. We even used the gym early morning….

A parking site should have been larger for the hotel of such class. If you can't find a place on a parking, you have to seek it in the neighboring streets. 🤔 The last 50 m of the road to the hotel not asphalted, looked also surprising for me

Exceptional

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, and this is easily one of the best. The beautiful setting in the park is peaceful and calm. The overall ambience of the hotel is one of classy, discrete luxury. The standards of customer service from the reception, the restaurant and the cleaning staff were excellent. Everyone was polite, professional, friendly, and helpful. I really wish I had noted their names as I wanted to inform the management of their excellent customer service. There was a lady with blonde hair who was mostly at reception who was superb; always helpful and professional. There was a tall, young lad in the restaurant with brown hair who was equally helpful and professional. I was lucky enough to stay in the Presidential Suite, and it was exceptional. A spectacular bathroom with a massive bath, walk-in shower, 'his and hers' basins, and a bidet. There was also a TV in the bathroom. The bedroom was tastefully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept so well. The flat screen TV in the bedroom was superb. There was a dining area that leads onto the balcony that overlooks the park. It has a beautiful view and even though it's directly above the restaurant it's very peaceful. I had three separate air conditioning units, which was amazing during the heatwave. It was like a fridge in my room, which I loved. The breakfast was delicious. It was a buffet style, and there was an excellent choice available of salads, delicatessen, hot foods, pastries, yoghurt, fruits, coffee, teas, juices, breads and rolls. I also ordered lunch and dinner in the restaurant a number of times, and I was always impressed by the superb presentation, delicious flavours, and interesting textures. I highly recommend the lamb for the main meal and the nitrogen ice cream for dessert. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. I will certainly be returning.

An exquisite experience in historic Szczecin

Staff was extremely friendly. The royal suite was amazing. The food at breakfast and the a-la carte menu was excellent. The hotel is in the middle of a park, next to beautiful sights and really close to the city (a 10min drive in any direction to reach sights, attractions, etc.)

While the suite was truly beautiful the toilet facility as part of the enormous bathroom had no door. We found that design choice questionable as it practically gives no privacy.

Gorgeous hotel

Lovely hotel next to a nice lake. The spa is also very nice and good value for money when you book one of their packages. The hotel restaurant is nice and the breakfast was good.

The surrounding area (other side to the park) is nothing special, you have to travel into the city which is a 20-30 min walk. There are also trams but finding machines selling tickets is not always easy. Nothing wrong with the actual hotel though!

Nice, modern hotel in easy to get to location with good amount of free parking. I arrived very late and did not check whole facility (there is spa on site). But room was comfortable and clean. Lovely decorations for Valentine’s Day in restaurant. Whole place smelled amazing!

Do not get confused as there is a other hotel sit similar name in the area … accidentally I did.

nice hotel with great view

in the spa there are only 6 laying beds. the problem is that the people reserve them once they arrive in the spa and even if they are doing treatments which sometime last for 1,5h you cannot use any of the laying beds… you have to sit in few uncomfortable garden chairs which do not guarantee you any relaxation. make sure to be there at 4pm and take a place and keep it all day long

location was nice.

air conditioning didn’t work so it was so cold in the room we had to sleep with blankets. breakfast was okay but not stunning spa is only sauna and steaming bath that’s all, and then you can buy treatments.

Nice romantic place

Very nice hotel, definitely worth of 4 stars, nice staff, very clean and cozy rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast - was my pleasure ) variety of tasty food for each taste. Pity, it was so short visit )
