Beautiful heritage property. Lovely tranquil garden and pool

The food was fantastic. Breakfast had a lot of variety and we loved the fresh juices and freshly made banana pancakes. We ate at the hotel every evening due to the extensive menu and excellent food. We had a coeliac in our party and they were very accommodating at catering for his allergies.
The staff were wonderful and arranged all our transport and excursions for us. They also sourced smaller bikes from another hotel when there wasn’t one small enough for our daughter. They speak excellent English and are incredibly friendly and warm.
The hotel is beautiful and clean. Rooms are spacious and we loved the bathtub in the bedroom.
The kids made excellent use of the lovely pool.
WiFi was terrible, but that was a nice excuse to switch off so didn’t affect our enjoyment.
