Al llegar me cobraron más, sin saber porque ! No me volvería a quedar allí

Es cómodo, había una cocina pequeña con cosas básicas que ayuda a hacer algunos alimentos Un lugar limpio

Cuando hice la reserva me tomaba un precio y cuando llegué , se incrementó el precio de una manera considerable y nunca me dijeron porque ! Es Un lugar seguro la ubicación pero realmente no es tan cerca a los centros turísticos, no me quedaría nuevamente allí

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en todos los aspectos. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

La ubicación, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal, la comodidad y artículos para uso dentro de la habitación

Que en el check out quisieran cobrar 2 veces un artículo que se compró y se pagó al mismo tiempo que se adquirió. Al final la señorita nos creyó que ya se había pagado y no nos hicieron ese cargo. Solo ese detalle, muy buena actitud y comprensión de la recepcionista.

Great value for money in a nice neighbourhood, room can be noisy

This place is great value for money. First of all the location is great, with just a 2 minute walk to the metrobus which takes you directly to the main touristic hotspots. But the neighbourhood itself is nice as well. More of a busineass/residential area with many locals and with plenty of good restaurants around. As for the place itself: the beds are super comfy and the room was very big and clean. Finally, there's someone around 24/7, which is a nice feeling.

We were on the top floor and the room is quite noisy from the AC or some other noise from the building, so if you're a light sleeper ask for a room on a lower floor or bring some earplugs. Also, there is a fridge and microwave, but some basic cutlery, bowls and plates are missing. The place isn't advertised as an apartment, but this would be a great added benefit if you just want a simple breakfast or quick bite in the room.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Las camas muy cómodas y las habitaciones amplias y bien iluminadas.

La ventilación no es optima. Al volver a la habitación siempre olía un poco a humedad.

Excellent. New and comfy in a great location. Except for noisy neighbors.

It all feels so comfy. I loved that my room had a little garden and everything seemed pretty new. I didn't get to eat at the place at the entrance, but it also seemed nice.

During my only night there, there was a party next door that ended around 3 am. It disturbed a lot of guests.

overall good, just unfortunate the sheets were dirty, which made me questioned everything else.

Please, this hotel doesn't have to offer breakfast anymore

When I booked a hotel in Mexico City, I was looking for a hotel with breakfast included. Then, this hotel came up, but it didn't have any facility (restaurant area) to serve breakfast or any kind of meals. So, my family was very disappointed with this, also they were more disappointed with the poor box lunch that they offered instead of breakfast. Bedroom was good.

Nice

It is in a very good location.

There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage you must carry it up to the rooms by yourself. There is no breakfast, instead you get a sandwich and juice.

More a hostel than a hotel, not worth the price

The common/colab space in the ground floor was interesting

But the hotel doesn't look anything like the description. It is more like a hostel, with rooms facing each other in a circular architecture (no view except the room in front). The personnel was borderline rude, and to top this all, no lift, going to the 3rd floor with a ton of luggage wasn't the most fun I had.

Great place to stay with reasonable price

I really enjoyed my stay at the host business hotel. 1.The front desk was super helpful, she pointed me to a good currency exchange place 2.the bed was clean, the shower was hot, free shampoos and soap, have fridge, microwave, and a sofa to study 3.they provided free breakfast: sandwich, a protein bar, and juices 4. In the lobby there are free coffee and tea Overall, I really enjoyed my 3 days stay in the host, thank you so much!

These were minor issues for my stay but worth pointing them out: 1. Not very sound proof since I was on the first floor and I also hear people talking from downstairs. 2. For some reason the room felt really cold and there was no heater 3. The building designed in a way that it is hard to have privacy if you don't close the curtain.

On the booking website says that there is A/C avaliable, but at the end was only a fan, per side that, the breakfast, was limited to a apple juice, a sandwich and a energy bar.... quite poor on that side

Location, modern units with good internet. One of the staff members was very kind and welcoming

Room had a cockroach, they took care of it. Bad bathroom design, floors are super slippery, drain doesn't work correctly, hard time regulating hot water. Kitchen has little privacy. They run out of box lunch before 10am. They won't allow you to fill your water bottle, they only provide hot water and charge for regular water. For the price, there are lots of better options nearby. except for one girl, the staff could be friendlier
