Pierdo confianza en booking

El personal del hotel me ayuda a encontrar otra opcion de hospedaje ya que era altas horas de la madrugada y no teniamos donde ir. Fueron muy formales

Mi vuelo llego a las 2am, cuando llego al hotel me dicen que no hay habitacion disponible y que la reserva ellos la habian cancelado a las 12 de la noche, yo les expliqué que habia escrito atravez de booking que llegaba en la madrugada y me habia respondido que no habia problema(pueden mirar el historial de conversacion) la respuesta que me dieron fué que me respondion fue Booking no el Hotel. Entonces pierdo confianza en booking porque es la plataforma que siempre uso pero no hay comunicacion confiable con los hoteles.

Las instalación muy bien la cama cómoda y silencioso .

La recepcionista de muy mal genio y no me gustó que la primera habitación olía mucho a cigarro y la cama llena de cabellos

Es un hotel de paso, y booking no lo hace saber.

!Decepcionante!

El personal no es nada amable, he llegado por 7 noches creyendo que era un Hotel de vacaciones, y me lleve con la sorpresa de que era un hotel de paso, decepcionante ya que en recepción nunca me lo hicieron saber y menos que booking pusiera alguna categoría haciéndo saber que era un MOTEL DE PASO, he salido del motel 2 noches después (aún no me daba cuenta que era de paso, el guía me lo hizo saber) pedí cordialmente a recepción así fue fuera una noche de devolución, ya que había pagado siete, y su respuesta fue NO, por parte de booking es una irresponsabilidad enviar turistas a ese tipo de hoteles sin tener alguna categoría como “hotel de paso”

В целом хорошее расположение, все необходимое в шаговой доступности.

В первый день не было горячей воды, когда сделали претензию, нам посоветовали ждать дольше, чтоб стекла холодная - спускали пол дня, пока не починили. Так же сильный запах чистящих средств в коридорах, а у меня аллергия: глаза слезятся, нос и горло отекли, дышать не могла. Сотрудники предложили проветривать чаще номер. В результате еле до терпела до момента, когда выселимся. Сам номер какой-то обшарпанный, как будто его затапливало, полы, стены внизу вздутые, кровати внизу обшарпаные, подсветка местами не работает.

If you rely on public transport, be prepared for long walks. Otherwise, it is good.

we were advised to vacate and move to another room on our last full day because of work to be done on that floor. They could have advised us at least a day in advance. Time lost due to packing and supervising the move, jeopardizing the day´s planned activities.

The service could have been better. I didn’t like that we put the do not disturb sign for them to not clean our room and they still did clean our room.

Disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff, the lady was not friendly at all. can’t have extra towels or pillows or even hand towels I asked for all three and I was given two floor Matts . terrible service from the receptionist to the housekeeper . mattress was a box spring I swear! I truly believe we got a crappy room cause we booked thru booking and a cheap rate .

Very pretty and modern hotel.

Hotel was so beautiful and clean. Enough room for me and my family.

The room was quiet from all the other people but my room had a window to the street and I could hear the cars and buses go as if I was sleeping outside, and the window was closed….

Love Mexico city and La Colonia La Villa.

Great Staff and clean room. Ariana was a great housekeeper and the receptionist Angelica was very helpful. Todos en el hotel son buenos trabajadores y bien simpaticos.

Very good

Overall the room was nice.The jacuzzi was nice. Room was clean. They had disposable sleepers. Air conditioning was working. We ordered drinks and they attend right away.

The first night we arrived the receptionist was not polite. She had a bad attitude. But there was another lady the other days we stayed she was very nice and helpful. Towels need an update.

Afforable place to stay.

It was not a clean room. Hair was on the bed and in shower from previous guest. Floor and window sil were in need of cleaning. Light bulb was out over bathroom sink.

A lovely room at a great value in a good location. We highly recommend it!

The room was very basic but had everything we needed. It was clean, nicely appointed, comfortable, quiet and in a good location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great with lots of restaurants and public transportation nearby. The taxi driver who drove us from the airport told us it was a transient hotel and was not very nice. He was totally wrong, apparently expecting that two American tourists expect fancy lodging facilities!
