This property was wonderful! The hotel staff were very nice and pleasant to talk to. They made sure that we were taken care of and gave us no issues at all. They assisted with our trip to and from the airport, they helped with our excursions, gave us some good recommendations for places and told us about the free events that were happening. They even have a private area for guest to relax in on the beach. It’s literally right outside your room! If you wanted to go to the beach you can count to five and you’re there! They make sure every thing is top notch and they care about the environment and they emphasize the importance of being natural and keeping things sacred. Would stay here again.
The tub would get backed up sometimes but when we told them about it they fixed it promptly so just let them know and they’ll fix it for you.

Wow what an experience! I had a lovely time at Casa Swell. It is a full on 2 bedroom apartment with just about everything you would need. It's very close to everything. You can easily walk anywhere. The manager was amazing and helpful in every way. She gave some great suggestions on eats and entertainment, and even helped me make a surf lesson and salon appointment. Marisa is the BEST! The overnight rate was excellent! Watch for their last minute deals!
I will say the parking can be challenging at night when everyone is there. But its not a huge issue as there is parking on the street as well.

I loved the location of this hotel. Being able to walk right out of your room to the beach was amazing. I liked that we had a secure place to park that was right next to the rooms. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. We also took advantage of the beach massage the hotel offers for a discounted price to hotel guests.
The bathroom was extremely tight, if you’re over 6’2” you won’t fit!
The attached restaurant is definitely in need of remodeling/fixing up, it’s very worn down. The neighboring restaurants started playing really loud music at 6am which woke us up every morning.
