Lokalizacja doskonała
Jak dla seniorów trochę za wysoko ale daliśmy radę

Unbeatable Location: It sits right in the centre of Poznań, making it super easy to walk everywhere, yet it remains surprisingly quiet at night. Comfort & Cleanliness: The place was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.
4th Floor Walk-up: There is no elevator, so hauling luggage up four flights of stairs is definitely a workout. Bright Mornings: The curtains don't do much to block out light, so expect the place to stay very bright early in the morning. Bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to light. Communication: Reaching out to the host wasn't the smoothest experience, as responses were a bit slow/lacking.

Excellent central location. A house from a bygone era with an authentic staircase — climbing it is an adventure in itself (I honestly don’t understand the complaints from other guests). Nice view from the window. Even though it was below freezing outside and the room was a corner one (Green apartments), it was warm enough inside. The modern windows block street noise quite well.
(Green Apt): Although the room keys can be collected from a locker box at the entrance, if you want to use the parking you have to visit the property management office located in the next block. The parking offered to guests is actually one of the public car parks in the area (in our case, it was the “Za Bramką” car park at Za Bramką 13). Hotel guests receive a small discount, but in return you must leave a PLN 50 deposit for the key card and visit their office twice, which in my opinion is not worth the effort. In our case, we planned to use the parking before check-in, but the key was not available on site, so we had to pay for city parking while waiting for the check-in, which canceled out any potential savings. The building itself, although obviously old, does not stand out for any particular aesthetic appeal, either outside or inside. It gives the impression of a place under constant ongoing repairs. It is also clear that the apt. owners are not very concerned about the condition of the common areas and are mainly focused on making money. Our main concern was the heating system, which is provided by a dual-circuit gas boiler located in the bathroom. As the apartment is quite small, the boiler is in very close proximity to the sleeping area. There was a sticker on the boiler indicating that the next inspection was due on 11.2025, i.e. a month before our stay. The fact that this was the only inspection mark suggests that the inspection may not have been carried out on time. I also did not find anything resembling a carbon monoxide detector in the bedroom, the kitchen area, or the bathroom itself. I spent some time trying to understand how fresh air is supplied to the apartment. The new windows let in almost no outside air, and it appears that most of the airflow comes through the gap under the entrance door, which also allows smells from the stairwell to enter the apartment. The ventilation opening above the kitchen did have some draft, which reassured us a litt
