The size of the room, the breakfast buffet, choice of restaurants, the staff very professional, the spa. The sound proof rooms.
A bit on the classic side.

The worst breakfast I have had in a 5 Star Hotel. Not even in a 3 star hotel I have had a breakfast that did not have hot milk, or a cafe latte. Omeletes available to be made in the spot, but forget cheese or mushrooms. Cheese quality very bad. Croissants and pastry poor. Bread Ok.
Room are very comfortable, good sound proof. Good linens and pillows. Staff is friendly but it lacks the profissional knowledge of a 5 Stars Hotel. Needs a lot of training.
