Abdel was incredibly kind and attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay at the hotel. His exceptional hospitality was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Morocco and his thoughtful service made our stay especially memorable. Thanks to him, we will always have such fond memories of this place and Ouarzazate.
The room was also spacious and comfortable with AC (important!), and the view from the hotel was simply spectacular. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace while taking in the fantastic scenery.

Ali was a great guy and even upgraded us to a better room after noticing my camera! Place was great value for money. Location was superb (very local but close enough to the main city center). Would stay again.
