The property was great as the views were breathtaking, the villa was quite spacious and comfortable. The only thing lacking was air conditioning in the kitchen and dining area. Nicole the chef was outstanding, engaging and lots of fun. She made the Villa Alfresco an experience to remember. Gerald, the custodian, was always willing to lend a helping hand and provided constant care on a daily basis to see if anything was lacking. The experience was beyond expectations. It was the first time we rent a Villa and didn’t know what to expect. The only drawback was the hot tub which didn’t work well. We highly recommend the Villa for large groups.

Great stay. Staff very helpful. We had two first class catered dinners provided by Nicole who was a gem throughout our stay-property is fantastic, but a little dated and grounds need some work. Overall very good experience and as advertised.

We had a great time. The house and property could be spectacular. We were a little disappointed that the bathtub upstairs was leaking and unusable. The result was the upper living area had a damaged ceiling and it was crumbling over the furniture and floors so we did not use it. We felt the house could use a little TLC.
Jerry and Anna were terrific.
