This fantastic 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo features picturesque views of the Atlantic and Folly Pier. The location cannot be beat with the direct beach access and walking distance to downtown Folly Beach, where all shops, restaurants, and entertainment are located. Relax and enjoy all that this eclectic beach town has to offer. You'll love having your own space with the full bathroom for each bedroom. Open floor plan combines kitchen, dining, and living area. Oceanfront porch provides the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or a relaxing happy hour. Kitchen includes all the amenities for the family chef to prepare meals. Gather together to catch up as a family around the 6-person dining table. Living area has 2 couches to lounge and TV for the big-game or movie night. Private access to the porch from the living area and oceanfront king bedroom. There are a washer & dryer in the unit; free Hi-speed WIFI & Cable; 2 reserved parking spaces; and the elevator right outside your door. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building, & a lifeguard station on the beach, directly behind the condo. Only 25 minutes drive to historic downtown Charleston. Charleston offers historic tours, carriage rides, museums, boutique shopping, world-class dining, and stroll down the harbor at Waterfront Park or The Battery. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Elevator is an amenity for guest convenience only, NOT ADA compliant. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call emergency maintenance services. Great rental agency, very easy to deal with, great location, nice layout of living space. Floors, furniture dirty, not a lot of kitchen equipment but it does have the basics. Would recommend agency and location.

Easy walking to everything. Restaurants, shopping. We didn't move our car for a week.
Only wish they had room darkening curtain in master bedroom. Still a 5 star rating for us.

We had the first floor corner condo with great views of the beach and pier.
We prepared breakfast in the morning and sat on the deck with coffe and eggs each morning. Trying to cook was a challenge between the crooked pans and stovetop. Appliances could use an update. But overall we had a wonderful time exploring Charleston and Folly area

I hate doing this. But here goes.
Just because you don’t have to. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. This property owner TAKES NO PRIDE in the property. From the disrepairs of hanging facia & unkept paint on the exterior … it doesn’t get better once you step in the door. Old cracked entry tile, old outdated showers, out dates worn out kitchen appliances and master bath was gross. Unkept caulk, a jacuzzi the size of another small room makes the master bath suite repulsive. The floor trim was done by an unskilled Handiman, every blind was missing slats or didn’t work. The back slider was filthy & smeared. The patio was dusty and riddled in bird poop. The master shower was slanted and the faucet handle didn’t work we had to tinker to get it to even shut off.
I’m being real in my review so the next family comes in knowing what to expect. We think a vacation should be a step up. This property under-delivered and we won’t recommend or return to this or any Caroline One property. They earned this review by not heading it off. Doubt they care. But for those who save all year, the way we do, for a great experience away - be warned, you’ll walk away disappointed that you over paid for a run down rental.

This place was absolutely perfect. Totally as described and as close to everything to do in Folly Beach as possible. The unit is amazingly quiet and clean as can be. The rental agency did a stellar job communicating and we could not of been more happy!

The only negative was the construction on the pier, the cranes were so loud during the day and they blocked the closest beach access to our side, but they were the only inconveniences.

The views from the deck are amazing ! The unit was clean and we had everything we needed! I gave 4 stars overall vs 5 due to some minor things that could be upgraded : the dryer took forever to dry a load, the rugs could use a cleaning , and the shower doors in the master bath seemed really old .

Memorable experience
Our family loved this comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated vacation home! The view and location were amazing. We enjoyed the short walk to Bert's market for coffee and dessert. The location was unbelievable. We would love to come back!

The construction is on the pier but the construction lot, where all the noise really comes from is actually only a sidewalk width away from the building. It goes on from 7:00amish- 5:00pm every weekday and also the very convenient access walkway to the beach is closed from 7am-5pm every weekday. I understand there is nothing to be done about the noise and it's no one fault but it is extremely annoying and frustration as we did not get the nice, quiet, relaxing beach vacation we had hoped for. The property is very nice. The exterior of the building looks great. The parking was extremely easy and there is an elevator. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for us. The balcony is very large and provides great views. We had a few interactions with the rental company and they were very nice to deal with.

Location is perfect, the addition COVID cleaning fee is ridiculous because the floors weren’t clean.
Great location, bad cleaning service. Floors made our feet black so I had to go over them with Clorox wipes. Coffee pot had an old moldy coffee filter in it so I couldn’t use it. I would stay here again if they could ensure better cleanliness. AC had a drip coming from the ceiling and wasn’t working well but maintenance came and fixed it the following morning.
