Private beach villa.

Easy check in, great location. Our villa was very private and peaceful. So close to beach and the pool area. The villa was a good size that have everything we needed. Plus it had a washer and dryer.

We were a family of 4 and there was only 3 bath towels, luckily we brought extra towels.

The location was great just 1 min walk from the beach

The fact that there is no one on side if you need anything, the property was very dirty & mouldy smell , pillows & cushions on the sofa with stains and stinky! Check in for 2 adults & 2 children under 11 to find only 3 bath towels! Dirt , spiderwebs, and cockroaches everywhere!!! Very disappointed for the money that I paid, 4 night $1670 AU …Aircon had mould all around! Cleaner’s wore send after I have send a email, and the man was very angry telling me that they have cleaned the room the day before, after I showed him photos the was even more angry, telling me that I’m in wrong ! No reception for 4 days , no wifi… disappointed ☹️ My kids now have very bad cough after we stayed there from sleeping in mouldy smelly rooms . Do not go to this villa (182 ) Health & safety department need to inspect this property before is listed again ! No one offered any care and concerns even I have taken photos and have a prove of how bad this property is !

Good size villa, needs work

The location is great, as well as the view and the size of the villa. The large shower is really good and there is a comfortable large bed .

The toilet seat kept moving to the side and one of the doors to the laundry wouldn't open. The room was dusty. There was no ceiling light in the bedroom. The air conditioner doesn't reach the bedroom. No wifi or internet access was frustrating so often you could not make phone calls or send texts. The smell of the water outside the door at low tide is not pleasant.

The room was perfect for our little family. The kids loved sharing the sofa bed. Good kitchen. Good bathroom. Good bed

Dirty sheets scrunched up in wardrobe. Dirty pillow cases still on pillows. Could have done with an extra doona for the sofa bed, there was only a scratchy blanket

Needs a very good clean and airing.

Location close to the beach and shopping.

Dust on a lot of surfaces. Air conditioner was filthy. Filter over stove was greasy. Drawers in bedroom were dusty and dirty. Accommodation had a bad smell. Exhaust fan in bathroom was very noisy and rattled.

We booked for 2 adults and 2 child but only given 2 towels, and no sheets for lounge bed. No teatowels nor blankets .

loved Coffs Harbour. Apartment need to be cleaned to remove smell and was $$$ for quality

nice to have a large apartment and cooking facilities and washing machines

it’s a old block - the apartment smelled of cat pee, the kitchen was very under stocked

What breakfast

The whole place. The place was not clean.the oven was filthy dirty. Mound in the bath room.mound in the sealers in the frig.Bobby pins in the cushions in the bedroom.dirty blanket in the bedroom .no cleaning material in the unit.

Great location but better agents required & when urgent repairs are required then DO THEM

Great location, quiet, close to beach & pools, good restaurant on site, close to Coffs Harbour

Get new letting agents, Winning Holidays were useless, never answered calls, gave incorrect BSB codes. wrong location to find keys, never ever will book through them again E V E R. We stayed there in 2020 & reported the hot water was scalding hot & illegally so, this year (12 months later) the hot water was not fixed, & despite complaints to Winning holidays nothing happened. Front screen door locking mechanism was broken & could not be locked let alone shut. One would expect that a linen change would be included in a two week stay, without a fee
