Pleasant and convenient

It was convenient and quiet. Rooms were clean but staff did not wash cups etc!

The room was not cleaned daily although I wasn't really there much during the day but to arrive back to dirty coffee cups didn't make me happy but I just did it myself which I don't think is correct

离地铁站挺近的，旁边就有饭店，总体来说很不错，房间也很大很干净。

地理位置可以，出行方便。房间干净整洁空间大。

早餐需要另外收费。

It was a nice experience, happy especially for the price I paid

The breakfast was a little lacking for me. However since it was included in my price I don't really mind it too much. The location is also a little weaker because it's long traveling back into downtown Hong Kong but that's to be expected. It's also weird that the hotel is right around the food and store areas but stuck in the middle of like an industrial area with the restaurants across the river.

I wished there was a pool and better breakfast. Another weird issue I have is that the showers spray right into the rest of the bathroom which makes it feel less clean since everything wet and stuff after a shower. I really didn't like the internet system of having to repeat it across all my devices and re-login every day. Often it would disconnect for me randomly throughout the day just for me to sign-in again even though the day hasn't passed

Nightmare

The room 1110 is quite noisy “Pong Pong pong ….” All the time, it’s simple a nightmare to stay there… Made us want to die… We were tortured for whole night..

Good Value but not perfect

Location is 5 minutes walk to mtr tuen mun station, there is a water dispenser near the lift and guests can get a free refill. Comfy beds and standard room is bigger than most.

No adaptor, you need to buy your own and they do not provide it for you, the light switch in the room is atrocious, you have to switch off the whole master switch since all lights are connected to the master switch, only bed light has a separate switch, fire sprinkler is really dusty…..

Corridor too dark, room smells of cigarettes, difficult to maneuver the tv and remote, no spoon, no recycle bin, unsure of room service

Superb

In general a decent stay: Spacious rooms, close to the airport by taxi, not too pricey. Walkable distance to the rail station and the bus terminal. A nice mall close by for everything we need. Staff are very nice. I love the gym room.

Need to take a while to get to the downtown. The area can get a bit too quiet and dark at night. I am super sensitive to smell. The bed cover/pillows/blanket should be ok for most ppl, but for me they can use some deep cleaning.

Tuen Mun location is highly functional and under-rated for business trips - easy transport, good facilities and close to airport and cross border links.

The room was confortable, clean room but can have clean towels.Should train the staff to be policye and respectful.

The room was great, the room was clean but there was a piece of towel with some red stains which was disappointing

The attitude of overnight staff was damn rude, the morning staff was polite and young but the one mid-aged night time staff was really disrespectful. I think he need some training for his behavior. it wasnt my first stay but didn’t feel like 4-star, more like 3-star attitude. I think the mid-aged guy better go for 3-star or lower for his bad behavior.
