We had a wonderful time at the schoolhouse. Property felt like home away from home, and more. Communication with the Owner was nothing short of wonderful. Highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying there again.

Florence's schoolhouse is a truly remarkable place. Spacious, homey, historic, and quaint. The house is well stocked with everything you might possibly need, and the location is tranquil and gorgeous. I had the pleasure of staying a month during the fall and would not have wished to be anywhere else in the world. Thank you Florence!

We returned to the school house for a long weekend in February. It is our favorite home away from home and I will always be grateful that we found it! It is cozy and warm beautifully decorated and just feels like a peaceful retreat. We read, cooked, played board games and never turned the TV on - perfect weekend to connect as a family. We will be back! Thank you Florence for sharing your space with us! Cristi Q

My wife, two adult sons, and I just spent 4 nights in Florence's house. We enjoyed our stay very much. Cross-country skiing (at Craftsbury Outdoor Center) and downhill skiing (at Stowe) were both about half an hour away. The house offered three bedrooms and an additional place to sleep. The house was clean and comfortable, and had the best-stocked kitchen I've ever encountered in a rental house. We hope to stay there again, either in summer, fall, or winter.
