We had a lovely three night stay in Niccoleta’s comfortable apartment. We wish it was longer! Situated in a quiet location only 25 minutes walk from the train station, this lovely apartment has everything you need. There are many extras such as coffee, tea, sugar and oil. The kitchen is small but functional. There is a washing machine (with detergent supplied) plus a dryer, most unusual in Italy. The bedroom and living area are spacious. It has a nice, homely feeling.
Niccoleta is a wonderful host. She has excellent communication and we were fortunate to meet her in person. What a lovely, genuine person! We have visited Firenze many times during 40 years. This is the best apartment we have stayed in.

es cómodo y limpio muy impecable todo y bien la atención es amable. está en una zona local muy linda a 1,3 km de la parte muy turística si te gusta caminar no es problema eso nos gustó el check in fue muy sencillo y bien guiado por la anfitriona
el colchón de la habitación matrimonial principal está un poco blando debería revisarse. no me gustó que no me avisó de la tasa municipal de pago de 6 euros por persona por noche hasta el momento de hacer el check out siendo que estuvimos en contacto previo por whatsapp. en booking figura como que ya lo pagaste y resulta que no que lo cobran los alojamientos estaría bueno que lo avise antes y que solo es en efectivo

Nicoletta was very sweet, and even went out of her way to park her car in a spot for us so we would have one when we arrived. She also let us drop our bags off early.
Beds were not great and it was pretty cramped. The staircase to the lower level was so small that we kept all the luggage upstairs, making it even more crowded with luggage all over the floor. Mandatory 9:30am check out.
