It's budget accommodation, tiny windowless rooms in the heart of Kowloon. It's clean, secure, inexpensive, has air con, and room is cleaned every day and fresh towels provided.
Lifts are slow and there is often a line waiting. Chungking Mansions are sleezy and dirty, and be the whole thing is a fire hazard waiting to be happen.
