Comfortable room and was clean. Front staff lady at check-in was very kind and helpful. Check-out lady had zero personality.
Common areas not super clean. Also, wasn’t told about the pet fee by the third party booking site.

The property was Great and the stay was easy and comfortable
Breakfast was amazing
Ive machine was not working on my floor but there was an ice machine available on the 1st floor
I was on the 4th floor
Also asking for incidental because i lived in Birmingham was a joke to me

Nice room clean
The staff are not very friendly. It seems that they would rather be anywhere else but at work. The breakfast needs a lot of help. Not up to Home 2 Suites standards.

The size of the king suite, knowing there was a gym on the premises, very fresh smell when you enter the hotel.
I didn't like the fact that I was not told that they only tidy your room every two days, which that didn't happen I had to ask one of the house keeping staff if my room could be clean and if they could change the linen and give us fresh towels and shower g el and paper towels which I had to purchase myself.I'm use to staying in hotels that I have a choice if I want housekeeping to come in or not.
