L'emplaçament ens ha permès arribar al centre de Florència en tren des de Lastra Signa, que està a 10 minuts de l'Azienda agrícola Colli Di Marliano.
Poder desconnectar de la ciutat i despertar i sopar en família a la fresca, en un entorn molt bonic, típic de la Toscana, ha estat un luxe.
Els apartaments molt bonics, nets i cuidats, amb uns llits molt confortables.
La Sílvia ha estat una amfitriona molt cordial i amable, i ens ha ajudat en tot moment amb el que hem necessitat.
Res. Ha estat una estada que recordarem sempre. I si tenim de nou ocasió, hi tornarem segur!!

Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole e rilassante. La struttura si distingue per l’ottima pulizia degli ambienti che sono molto accoglienti e dotati di ogni comfort.
La posizione è ideale: a pochi chilometri da Firenze, perfetta per visitare la città senza rinunciare alla tranquillità. Inoltre, la struttura è ben riscaldata, caratteristica molto apprezzata soprattutto nei periodi più freddi. Molto comoda anche la presenza del parcheggio proprio di fronte alla camera.
Un’esperienza assolutamente positiva!

We were searching for a nice quiet place outside the city to take some rest and also use it as a base to explore the region. Apartment was clean, comftable and fully equipped for the family of five. Kids were escpecially delighted with all the animals living on the farm.
Within less then one hour drive you can easily reach all of the important cities and the sea cost (Livorno, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Firenze).
The host is super friendly and she can help you if there is any issue.

Nice view from the terrace. Spacious and clean. Can park the car in front of the building.
It is a little challenging to reach the property and to then go visit Florence. The roads are bad, narrow and twisty and it has no close connection to the highway.
I haven't seen this mentioned on the listing but there are events hosted at the property. Stuff like birthday parties and company events I guess. One night there was some kind of team-building activity I presume that has someone play loud music and shout in a microphone until 11:30 in the night.
The restaurant does not have a clear schedule. Usually there was someone there in the evening if you wanted something to eat or a drink but in the morning it was closed.
The curtains were not blackout so you could not sleep later if you wanted to.
