The house was spectacular and a great place to unwind after long days at Disney World. The pool was lovely and heated (make sure to ask for it to be heated ahead of your trip). Ample space and quiet neighborhood. Will be back again for our next Disney trip as it was only about 15-20 minutes away!

My family stayed here to come together for Thanksgiving. The home was beautiful and large enough to host the 5 that stayed and the other 5 that came in just for dinner. The pool was warm from what looked like solar heating. Annette was a great host and allowed me to check in early based on my flight. The neighborhood was quiet and we opted for a bike ride and family walk in the early mornings , but could have selected tennis or basketball. Best experience ever!

My friends and I loved staying here over the holiday weekend! The home was clean and had plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. We enjoyed the back patio and the pool, no heater required! Parking was no problem and the location was perfect for getting around the Orlando area. We would love to stay here again!

It is the first time I went away with my family and the place was so so clean! For me cleanliness is the utmost important. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay, it was superbly comfortable and an amazing stay. I would highly recommend this place. The pool was yummy, clear water and amazing. If you can get this place you are lucky! Enjoy your stay!

We had a nice time. We didn’t think we needed the pool heated in sept but we were wrong. So we asked for it heated and it took a few hours. She always answered when we asked a question in a timely matter

We stayed in Annette's gorgeous summer home for three weeks. It was so lovely, it had everything we could possibly need, and more. The house is as pictured and the furniture is very comfortable.The tv in the main living room is huge! We really liked the layout of the house, it provided, communal areas, a snug, and privacy if you wanted it. The beds were very comfy and offered a choice of firmness. The children loved the wonderful pool area. They splashed about in the large pool, to their heart's content, while we relaxed on the couch or loungers after a busy day at the parks. The community is well maintained and quiet. We explored the streets and strolled around the lake. We were even lucky enough to spot an alligator! Villa Sol community has a walmart and publix closeby. The disney parks are about 30 mins away, but longer if you want to avoid tolls. The airport is an easy 20 minute drive, and Annette's directions are excellent. But do expect to hear planes fly over the house. Annette is a super attentive, responsive host, and a really lovely lady. Nothing was too much trouble, she gave us great tips for restaurants and dealt with any queries or issues we had, immediately. We would definitely choose to stay here again. We had a fab time.

Nice place to stay. Lots of rooms, nice pool. Close to every attraction in Orlando. The owner is there for you when you have questions, she answered very quickly. We were there to relaxe and we were served. I recommande this house without any hesitation. Will rent again.

I get to the house and the pool is clean, shocked, free of bugs, the house is large and immaculate. While the 4 bedrooms seem like a small house description, the sprawling layout gives it a larger house feel with a living room and den and formal dining room. I didn't bring enough towels but the property provided plenty. The space was clean and nice and we all loved our stay. Wish we could've stayed longer. Awesome.

This property is great for a family getaway. House is very spacious, rooms extremely clean and well kept. Pool was great, wish I knew that we had to ask for the pool heater ahead of time but now I know for next time. Close to the airport. I will definitely rent it again.

I loved this property everything was accurate to the listing. Annette was a wonderful host, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and was so generous to let us do early check-in in late check out. We loved her home and will be using this home every Orlando trip, the beds are comfortable. The house is nice and cool. I love the lanai over the pool, so no pesky bugs bothering you when you’re trying to lay out we did have a little gecko friend that hung out with us the last three days if they’re small enough they could get under the lanai door but they don’t bother you. Super interesting. pool was heated and have lights didn’t use it but there’s a grill. There’s also an outside refrigerator for pops or soda. Whatever you call it. The neighborhood was quiet and is very close to everything. Five minutes from a Walmart. In about 27 minutes from icon park, must see the wax museum in the sea life attraction definitely worth it Annette deserves 10 stars for hosting a wonderful house. We just returned from a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. The location is perfect - close to the airport and approximately a 20 min drive to all of the most popular attractions. The house is well maintained with lots of space - we were travelling with our three grown children and their partners (all in their 20’s) and we did not feel crowded at all. The pool area is beautiful and the outdoor fridge was very convenient. The clubhouse is a very short walk from the house - we used the gym there most days - we were very happy with it. The home owner was easy to contact and she responded quickly to any questions that we had. There is a grocery store very close by - very convenient. I would recommend this home to anyone and we hope to stay here again the next time that we visit Florida!

Master suite was very nice and spacious House was clean and very comfortable Only issue was the back screen door We couldn’t close it someone prior tried to repair it but didn’t get it done. The grill was out there so we had to use it
