Friendly staff made me feel like family. I am sure they spent extra money on beds, room was very comfortable.
I stayed in 4 and 5 star in Bangkok. When I stay at a place like this, friendly, comfortable, good value, I have to ask was the difference worth it? No.

We stayed here for three nights and the staff were genuinely lovely throughout. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, and the location worked well for us.
Bring earplugs... The rooms are not soundproofed in the slightest. We could hear full conversations from next door, music through the walls, and people shouting in the corridors at 2.30am. Mornings were just as loud. If you’re a light sleeper, this is worth knowing.
