le calme du lotissement,
le respect autour de l'hygiène, du calme, des personnes à la piscine,
la vue sur les montagnes,
la proximité de la plage,
la propreté du logement mais aussi du lotissement, la gentillesse et l'amabilité du voisinage,
le côté "privé" du lotissement,
Une place de parking sécurisée,
la proximité des commerces,
Les lieux invitent à la détente...
La première semaine nous étions deux dans le logement: parfait pour deux!
Pour la seconde semaine nous avions nos enfants ( 2 adultes)... Un peu juste pour 4 personnes.

Everything was perfect, from the key pick up to the last day. Accommodation is great, its very quiet. There are only 8 houses in this proprerty that have it's own beach entrance. If you don't want to go to the beach there is a swimming pool just down the stairs, 2m away. There is even a mobile backer coming every morning with fresh bread and cornetti and selling them in front of the house, very handy. Shower are everywhere so you don't get to bring sand into your apartment.
Everything was perfect.

Good looking complex with 8 houses and pool. Outside of urban part. Private beach in front. Parking. We had a really good time and use as a base for visiting Cefalu, Palermo and Corleone. Contacting with host by WA and helps us a lot with parking info in the cities. Easy self check in.

swimming pool nearby, beach just 2 minutes walk, not loud at all
- the shower was clogged, we had max 1,5 minutes to take the shower
- the bathroom was not very clean, there was a toothpaste marks from previous tourists
- shower holder was broken
- windows are so small, no air comes inside, you have to use the air conditioner all the time. it‘s also very dark in the rooms
- the cleaning lady came 30 minutes before check out and was standing and staring at us all the 30 minutes. that was very strange and uncomfortable
- after that she asked us to take all the trash with us
