Unfortunately this is the first time I write a negative review on Booking.com. - The air conditioning did not work. Imagine spending your holidays with your family in a place that is over 30 degrees Celsius... - The place is very dirty in general. We found 3 cockroaches the first day and they kept appearing the following days in the bathroom. One can tell that it's been a long time since they cleaned and sanitized the place. - The internet connection was very very slow. - No place to park the car. The common parking lot was full every day so we had to leave it on the street a few nights. And the worst of all: the guys who manage the apartment are very unprofessional and irresponsible. They told me they were going to give us a compensation for everything that happened to us and the compensation is conspicuous by its absence. At least Booking.com had the decency to give us a cash bonus. I do not recommend this place. We had an overall very unpleasant stay.

Very close to all amenities, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Albeufereta Beach is only a 7 min walk away😊

Tram or bus journey only 10 mins to Alicante city or 10mins to San Juan beach.

Spacious apartment, amazing views, great location

Lovely sunny triple aspect flat with plenty of space and view towards the sea. Nice grounds with secure car park and short walking distance to beach. Good layout with quality furniture and spacious balcony.

Flat was very dusty and there was mould in the bathrooms. Water wasn't warm enough for a shower in one bathroom so we all had to shower in the other bathroom. Very poorly equipped, one toilet roll and hand soap between 2 bathrooms and shortage of basic crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. There was a random collection of old cooking and serving items, and only 3 mugs so with 3 adults having cups of tea we were always using the dishwasher.

We liked everything. Very cozy place without the feeling that the apartment is made for rental purposes.
