The room we were in (blue room) was very spacious and tastefully furnished. The bed was just so very comfortable. The breakfast food was simple but tasty and fresh.
Alessandro went as far as to send us recommendations for restaurants to dine at in the area, which was very nice. Both him and the other staff member were very polite and friendly, as well as quick to help.
The bathroom door could have been a bit cleaner (there were dirt stains near the handle, on an otherwise white coat of paint). Other than that, we were bit by mosquitoes while sleeping, though that wasn't really the b&b's fault...

Location was good with a metroline nearby. Cute and small B&B with a friendly host.
We stayed in the GREY room which was very small (not near 20 m2 - rather 15m2). The biggest disappointment was that the room is located on the street level, which meant it was really noisy - cars drive and people walk by the window, also in the night. You can also hear the other guests from the upper floor. I guess the other two rooms would have been much better in size and more quiet, too.
Breakfast was a bit Spartan with no variation.
The room rate was also high due to the special event in the city, which is understandable, but as a consequence, the price-quality ratio was poor.
