Exceptional

Beautiful property, lots of space and rooms, great location, would definitely recommend 👌

Just be aware that the floors and stairs inside are very slippery - we did have a couple of instances of people slipping and someone falling down the stairs, best to wear shoes or bare feet as socks are too slippery.

Disappointing stay I expected the property to be nicer.

the property smelled damp and the bedrooms downstairs where very dark and not very pleasant to spend time in. The furnishings were dirty and needed cleaning although the cleaning done by the management company was very good . No tv stations and no way to play music or even a radio.

Location was very central, house catered very well with 5 of us

There was mould on all the blinds. Thought there was a spa as we seen it in the photos. Should update photos and take out photos of spa.

It was very set out very well for a large group. Huge kitchen large bedrooms plenty of room if you just wanted your own space with three lounges on different levels

The place was very musky and smelt damp. We are now all sick but don't no whether it was from the muskyness from the house or jy something going around but all of us have chest infection

Great for large groups.

It was a lovely home very well set up for a big group but extremely cold. The heatpumps just couldn't do enough to warm the home up and you could smell the damp. I'm sure a far more superior setting in the warmer months.

Close to beach for kids town and wedding venue mudbrick Good kitchen area and beds comfortable plenty of room Nice large towels for the shower Off road parking Ok for a wee break in a gully

Some whatToilet blocking plunger supplied downstairs Moldy shower curtains need washing unhygienic Bit cold downstairs if heater turned off had to leave on a time All fixable

Great stay didn't want to leave so peaceful amongst the bush

Perfect location Great size house for a group Very clean and tidy Warm with all the heaters supplied and extra bedding Awesome kitchen well equipped

Perhaps a bigger size vacume cleaner would be handy , the battery didn't last long enough to vacume the whole house

Well appointed, modern and nicely decorated accommodation. Air-conditioning in the living spaces. Comfortable furniture. Easy instructions. Bluetooth speaker provided. Multiple living areas.

Perhaps not enough bathrooms for the number the accommodation sleeps. Not much recycling provision for a big group. No instructions on what to do with towels or bedding at the end of the stay.

Awesome place but damp and cold

Teds cottage is a unique stay with all the different levels and plenty of room for all.

We found Ted’s cottage very damp and smelly. Also the main bedroom had no heater and was cold. I think the place needs some carpets and maybe a DVS system. It also felt a bit unclean.

Great location and comfortable spacious accommodation.

Spacious, comfortable house, great for families with 3 living spaces, large kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Fantastic amenities eg fresh linen, heat pumps. Great location.

The house had a very unpleasant musty (damp) smell particularly in the lower area where the 3 bedrooms are located. (This smell remained all weekend). 2 of the smoke alarms were open and missing batteries.

Ted's cottage serenity

Everything was absolutely perfect. Location stunning in amongst beautiful native trees. Rooms were great. Living areas perfect inside and outside living. Kitchen well equipt. The master room was stunning with a great ensuite. Beautiful walking to oneroa. Quite and secluded.

I cannot fault anything.
