The location is great, right in the heart of the old town and within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, and cafés. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, offering stunning views and a wonderful place to relax and take in the atmosphere of the city.
The only downside is that it can get quite noisy in the evenings due to the nearby restaurant and outdoor seating area.

We stayed 3 nights at Giovanni's place.
He and his wife are very welcoming hosts and we felt like home.
They are always ready to help.
The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed; small balcony, fridge, kitchenette, coffee maker, coffee capsules, water.
We liked everything and we would like to come back.

Location is good, in the heart of the old city.
The roof has a nice view at San Sabino.
It was really nice to have a coffee machine.
It can be noisy at the evenings, a number of restaurants downstairs.
It was not nice when the host stopped responding any messages after they charged my card. They only came back after my call to the owner and two or three reminders.
The instructions for leaving the luggage weren't really clear.
The kettle was leaking, and it would be nice to have a microwave.
