風呂が清潔、整頓されており、お湯も柔らかく大変良かった。
早朝チェックアウトしようとしたら、フロントが不在であった。その後6時半に行ったら板場の人？がいて親切に接していただいた。チェックイン時にこちらが聞かないのも悪いがアウトは何時になるか聞いてもらえれば、と思った。
エレベーターを降りたところに喫煙所があり、そこから紫煙が漏れて煙の匂いの出迎えを受けた。廊下にも漂っており気分が悪くなった。
不快感満載でがっかりした。
ゴルフ場のクラブハウスなどでも出入り口に喫煙所がある施設を見かけるが残念極まりない。
肝心のお湯が良いのに残念です。

お部屋が広く家族4人ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。
食事は、朝食のみ頼んだのですが、おかずの品数も多くご飯が美味しくとても満足出来ました。帰りは電車を使ったのですが磐梯熱海駅から近くとても便利でした。
また帰省する際は利用させていただきたいと思います。

Hotel onsen muy adecuado en un muy buen pueblo. Una pequeña reforma en las habitaciones lo haría mítico.
Las habitaciones a pesar de coger las más caras, algo anticuadas y descuidadas. Si le pusieran un poco de cariño el hotel sería maravilloso.
