Location perfect

The location and they have an elevator.And there were everything in the kitchen

Lack of light,we came at the same time as cleaning staff go out.But it wasnt clean a lot, somewhere was dusty. Also the apartment needs the repair. And as I know the check out everywhere is on 12 oclock but there it was 10

Great apartment

The location of this apartment is awesome. It is just besides the Piazza Signora , Palazzo Vecchio and Galleria Uffizi. You can enjoy walk to any famous place in Firenze from this apartment within 15minutes(even the train station). Also the decorations and facilities in this apartment is awesome, it would be my dream house if I can have it. It's totally suit for a travel trip with few friends, seeing significant scenes of Firenze and then have a night talk party before the bed.

Due to its location, you may have to across crowds to get to the apartment in the day time. Also in the night, the soundproofing is not very good. So you may hear some drunks screaming. And this limit you that you can't hold a night party.

It was very mediocre but the apartment location was great.

Location

The furniture was old and uncomfortable. The AC did not work well. The bathroom was dark and old. You could not see to apply makeup in bathroom due to poor lighting. One bedroom door did not open easily. That same bedroom did not have any overhead lighting. The sheets were hot and scratchy. No coffee in the apartment.

Purtroppo non c'è stata manutenzione e tutto e un po'vecchio. Ho dovuto chiamare due volte per la caldaia che non faceva acqua calda e per il confizionatore rotto. Peccato perche la casa deve essere stata molto bella in passato
