The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the Philharmonic Hall, and within half an hour of the Albert Dock.
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The check-in instructions were clear and arrived in plenty of time.
We didn't have any problems at all.

Excelente value for money especially for a weekend and during international Beatles week, wouldn’t have picked to stay anywhere else. Short walk to Central Liverpool and Bold Street around the corner. Very cozy but great for large groups. Clean.

Location was good, apartment was for the most part clean (floors, beds, worktops etc). Recently decorated, looked nice.
Glasses were dirty, there was no tea towel for drying dishes, no dressing tables in the bedrooms for getting ready, sofa was really hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The bath around the taps and corners could do with a good clean to remove the mould and mildew. Although there was tea, coffee and sugar in the tins, there was no milk provided for a cuppa!
