Clean place, the family is also wonderful
It’s quite a bit away from the main areas of Leh. Meaning you should either rent a scooter/bike or prepare to walk a fair way to get into town.

The attitude of the hosts.
The property is away from the main town and it is difficult to get cabs etc. It's 10 to 15 min downhill walk though however the climb back could be a little hard. No shops in the immediate vicinity as well.
Also one has to climb a flight of stairs to get to the rooms and for a weary traveller it may be another climb after the different climbs at various Monasteries 😁
