Could be a lot better if the owner took some ownership.

Good location. Would be a good price if everything was good. Comfy bed. Good ensuite shower. Nice kitchen area

Arriving there I had trouble getting the key. I clicked on the contact property to get told it was an invalid number. Had to message him thru the app. In the apartment the windows were open, probably to hide the smell of stale smoke from cigarettes. The balcony was full of cigarette ends. The TV did not work. I contacted the owner, got a reply 90 minutes later to say he was trying to get someone to have a look. That was 6:30pm. This was the last I heard from him.the TV just showed a menu constantly. Our quiet night in was ruined. Too quiet!!! Nothing to do at all. The coffee, sugar sachets looks like they were from McDonald's. And not a lot of them. I think the last people left them? My wife ripped her trousers on a chair that needs replaced because metal is sticking out it. My towel that was supplied had a big white mark on it. Looked like old toothpaste? No idea what it was and never noticed until I had to use it. My wife got a video of a small cockroach in the ensuite. I never actually seen any other than the video. Messaged the owner in the morning after leaving and 10 hours later still no reply. He would have known about the TV as there was two remote controls lying around with quite a few batteries. Previous occupants must have mentioned this yet he advertised it with TV. Next time in Belfast I will not be back here and I do not recommend it unless you don't mind no TV, coffee,milk,clean towels, stale smoke smell.

Awful & very disappointing.

The location was good. The check-in instructions were satisfactory.

There were towels, half-way through the cycle, left in the washing machine. The carpet in the lounge had not been vacuumed. We found left-over take away fried rice on the carpet. The tv remote control had no battery that worked. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The WiFi instructions were varied & confusing. The bed in the twin room badly needed new mattresses. No tea or coffee or milk.

8 Chancellors Court

Have already sent in a previous review a few minutes ago but forgot to include the parking facilities. The Apartment was advertised as having free parking facilities on site. However when we got there there was none available and we had to park on the street which we were somewhat concerned about. We were just lucky to get street parking not too far away but that was a big disappointment particularly when it was advertised as having free parking facilities on site.

Have already sent in a previous review a few minutes ago but forgot to include the parking facilities. The Apartment was advertised as having free parking facilities on site. However when we got there there was none available and we had to park on the street which we were somewhat concerned about. We were just lucky to get street parking not too far away but that was a big disappointment particularly when it was advertised as having free parking facilities on site.
