Owner leases this on-site slip for $800.00 a year, so it will be available during your stay if you need it. Boat ramp on site for your use & parking for your trailer. Tags for trailer & boat parking are required by the POA to avoid towing & are provided by owner. You are free to use the boat ramp & parking area if boat slip rental/use is not desired. If you lease the boat slip or trailer a boat to use the ramp, this additional information will be provided to you.
