Good room sizes, Safe location. Breakfast was okay.
Baby cot was always requested but they delivered it room on last night after multiple requests. Staff can be more proactive. Otherwise all good.

Location and general service levels were fine. thats' all to talk about. staff was overall good and hospitable.
Room was run down, we upgraded our room to a suite for comfort and space, but did not have hot water through the 3 days of our stay. There was some pipe issue which took long to resolve. Facilities are overall run down.
The in room dining quality was poor, we got sick after their lunch. However, the buffet breakfast was reasonable.
Overall the property was not Mariott standard, did not meet our expectations.

The only thing I like was the morning Breakfast buffet.
I was expecting bathtub in the washroom, room attached with balcony, location of the hotel should be near by the dal lake or local market, view side room, etc and more.
