Rooms were spacious and clean, beautiful atmosphere and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Improving the dining experience would make the overall stay much better.

The staff, location and the facilities that are provided in the room. The background of the hotel is scenic, pleasant, serene, wonderful and beautiful with the location of the mountain at the backyard. The staff were super-friendly starting from receptionist, waiters at the restaurant, room-attenders and others in the hotel. Despite the location of the hotel is little far from the city centre but the calm, serene and beautiful atmosphere and background outweighs its physical locational disadvantage.
The food choices for the breakfast is very limited and the taste of the food served should be improved. The wash basin in the toilet should need attention as it is placed further inside from the edge of the platform where it holds causing inconvenience and waterspill on the platform.
