very accomodating

we were asked for extra charge on tax. paid 2990 instead of the amount mentioned here in the app.

Overall stay was some what comfortable

It has air condition both bedroom, medium refrigerator, electric kettle, stove, rice cooker, water heater, single bed & electric fan in the leaving room, silver wares, plates, pot, pan, free wifi, free couple gallons of drinking water with dispenser, & free ride to the airport. This apartment have everything we need. Small patio at the back with clothes line for laundry. The location is walking distance about 3 minutes away to ACE Dumaguete Doctors hospital. Hosts are pleasant and are there when you need them.

Cleanliness is very basic all around apartment. Take extra careful on the bathroom floor because it can get slippery when wet. No wifi or air-condition if there is no power. Did not have water for about 15 minutes when the power was out for the first time.

The apartment was very dusty and poorly cleaned. The unit was difficult to locate.

Very convenient location close to both Dumaguete port and airport, Rizal Blvd, and City Mall.

Room is good and clean but the beach is dirty

We didn’t know about the breakfast. Should be nice. Location is good but we are really disappointed about the beach it too dirty.

The place has a province vibe but near the city proper like it will just take 5-10mins max to get to the rizal boulevard. Lady who entertained us is also courteous and easy to get along Place is descent. Though its not a 1st class accomodation but worth th value. It has all that you need. You can cook, wash dishes, and heat water.. Plus free shampoo and body wash..😁😁

They dont have a broom so we can sweep the floor.🤣🤣. We like things clean before we leave.

Cozy and welcoming!

Very accommodating hosts! Cozy apartment and hot water!! Ready essentials and everything! My family had a good time!

A little difficult to find at first but very easy once you figure it out!

Value for the money.. practical.quiet place to stay. they have complete kitchen wares if the guests want to cook..The owner fetched us from the airport and offered to drive us to the seafort for free.

A little far from the center, we used to ride in a tricycle if we want to go to the boulevard around the business and commercial area
