I like the accomodation
I saw small roaches
Add a foot towel and something to place your shampoo and other toiletries inside the bathroom
The lighting is a little dim, should add more lights.
Put a water heater so we wont go out and get hot water.
Put some snack food and other juice for sale .

✅ Location is unbeatable – literally steps from Sibulan Airport! If you travel light, you can easily walk: cross the street, look for the Kia Motors sign on your right, then turn right into that short street and you’re there. Super easy and no hassle.
✅ Staff are genuinely polite, helpful, and welcoming from check-in to check-out.
✅ Rooms are clean & well-kept, with a private bathroom — exactly what you need.
✅ Free hot water available anytime for coffee or tea; you can also request fresh towels whenever you need.
⚠️ Things that could be better:
- We reported a dripping faucet in both the sink and bathroom, but it was never fixed during our 7-day stay.
- The bathroom has no water stopper — water from the shower flows freely all the way to the doorstep, which gets messy.
💡 Overall: It’s a solid, budget-friendly hotel. Great location, clean, good service — just needs those small maintenance fixes to be perfect. Still absolutely worth staying!lp
