A nice and cozy apartment in a good location near the beach

The apartment was nice and it had all the necessary amenities including a fully equipped kitchen. We also found it spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient in just a 3-minute walk from the beach (with AMAZING sunsets!) and a 10-minute walk to the city centre. The neighbourhood (La Viña) is nice and quiet and it also has some good local restaurants serving all sorts of fish and seafood if you don't feel like walking to the city center to have dinner. The property owners kept in touch by Whatsapp and gave us very clear instructions on how to check-in and get into the apartment. We definitely recommend this apartment if you want to be close to the beach and in a quiet place.

The only issue we had with this otherwise nice apartment was the sofa in the living room. It was just old and uncomfortable to sit on let alone trying to lie down on it. We could feel the structure and the division boards underneath the cushions and that is something hard to appreciate after a long day of walking when you want to relax and have some comfortable rest. This sofa needs to be changed as soon as possible and with no excuses! Also, the apartment has no external windows (only internal within the building) so you may find it a bit dark and gloomy. It was not a big issue for us because we did not stay indoors too much, but if you look for a nice view from your holiday accommodation or just to be able to see a bit of the sky and some sunshine that is probably not for you. So, you have been warned :)

Very poor value for money!

The bathroom The location (nothing to do with the apartment managers)

Cheap and nasty furniture, sofa had stains and cigarette burns on it (covered over by a 7euro throw!) Peeling window frames, unused light switch which hadn't been blanked off, nasty boarding showing where items were previously This place looks like it has been bashed about a bit by previous occupants NO WIFI even though it was in the description of the apartment! I couldn't understand why there was so many good reviews but then after we left I received a message asking me to write a review and if I did they would send me a discount code! I am absolutely apalled that Booking.com has this apartment on its its books!

Fabulous

Comfortable apartment . All basics stuff for life are included. Amazing location. Staff working well. Always straight answer on emails and right away fix any issues. Had amazing time during my trip to Cadiz, if need to come back will choice this apartment again!

Little issue you can hear everything through the walls but building are not so laud. So it wasn’t a big problem. Also apartment has a water heater and hot water is consumed quickly enough and you need to wait about an hour for the water to heat up again and you can take warm shower.
