Although the rooms are on the smaller side, they are very comfortable and clean. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful. It is also in an excellent location. And best of all, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant is spectacular. We hope to stay here again soon!

Our second stay at this centrally located hotel. Easy to access via train and walk from Narita to Ginza (or Tokyo Station and a cab). Rooms are small but adequate, with a bath/shower room and a separate toilet room. Breakfast choices met our needs, with natural yoghurt and fruit, as well as a range of breads and hot and cold dishes. An adventure for sure - be brave!
Walking distance to the main streets of Ginza and a number of restaurant choices nearby (we recommend Morry ramen, and Kushiyaki Bistro Fukumimi for authentic experiences)
All in all a great stay to recover from our flights before heading to the snow.
Bed up against the wall makes it hard for one person to exit in the middle of the night, we prefer beds with space on both sides. Minor issue.

Toilets combined are bigger than the room itself
Rooms are ridiculously small. Front desk Staff service is rather poor and check out is 10am.
