The cottages where so cute and comfortable
Like being in a fairytale
In Uluwata in general you need transportation everywhere. It’s not walk friendly like Ubud or Seminyak (sorry the only other 2 places we have need so far, so nothing more to compare) but don’t be afraid to order a grab scooter. Best way to get around in my opinion

Iman was absolutely the highlight. As the manager, he was incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and professional. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect and was always ready to help with anything we needed. His warm personality and excellent service really stood out. Iman is truly the best and a great example of hospitality.

This place is set in lovely greenery and has the potential to be wonderful but is in need of several improvements. There were dirty marks on the bed linen, the towels were threadbare, hole-ridden (see photo) and surely destined for the bin(?!) and there were bad damp marks on the bathroom walls. In addition, there were 5 loungers by the pool but only two of them had covers.
The breakfast was also disappointing compared with other places I stayed in Bali, so much so that I only had it on one of the three mornings I was there. When I arrived for breakfast, two tables had been vacated but despite there being 3 staff members working, nobody cleared the dirty crockery so it just sat there attracting flies.
