O hostel é super limpo e bem cuidado, e era possível ver a equipe limpando constantemente. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, com uma boa variedade de frutas e pães. As funcionárias são muito queridas e atenciosas. A localização também é ótima, perto de templos, restaurantes e até de um mercado noturno. Foi uma experiência muito agradável e eu recomendo muito!
Não tenho nenhum ponto negativo a mencionar, gostei de tudo durante a minha estadia.

The hostel from the pictures and the outside looks perfect. The staff is nice and friendly, they really try to help as they can. There is a nice small dining room on the entrance floor, with a fan, water for free, coffee and cream powder. There are also cereals and Avena to use. On the first floor there are two or three bedrooms and the men's toilet and showers, on the third floor there is on mixed rooms with bunk beds for 8 people. They have good curtains, lamps and under the beds there is a space you can lock if you bring a locker with you. The mattress for me was nice and the pillow as well, there's a blanket and an a/c in the room.
The toilets and showers are clean, there are 2 showers and 2 toilets in the women's bathroom.
There is a common room in the third floor and you can use the entrance and the dining room as a commen room as well. It's location is good, about 5 minutes to the old town.
The hostel needs a lot of maintenance, it must have been great few years ago but now the floors which are wood are all destroyed because of water damage. There is very poor light in the bedroom room. One of the showers it wasn't possible to change from the big shower to the other, the water came from both at the same time. The lockers under the beds were not very secure and there are no cameras in the common rooms, so the safety is not very good. The common rooms are very poor, with sofa's and a small table but nothing else. So it isn't so comfortable to stay there.
The flexibility in the breakfast is almost none, we had two early excursions qnd they couldn't put any fruit or sweets for us to be able to have before leaving.
The staff is nice but they aren't there, you must call them or send them a WhatsApp to be able to communicate. Then they answer quickly.
If they fix those problems the hostel will be very nice.

El desayuno, la ubicación ya que no era tan centrico y era más tranquilo. La hospitalidad de las personas que trabajan ahí. Estaba muy limpio.
Habia leido comentario sobre algunas camas incómodas y me parecieron exagerados pero si tuve la mala suerte que me toco una de las incómodas. Literalmente sentía los resortes del colchon en mi espalda. Luego de 3 noches me tuve que cambiar a otro hostel con mejor colchon.

Big bed, comfy with water bottle and towel… staff was lovely but felt like the language was a barrier, in a way.
Would work for a better check in experience? Could work on the breakfast thing, too? Very essential and could be easily revisited.
Honestly? The whole vibe is just off: it was hard socializing because there were no common parts or places people could just chill and have a smoke.
Regarding that, I would consider some little sofas in the “smoking area” which is literally ON the street.
The cleanness could have been better… I saw some things that could have be avoided with maybe cleaning the bathroom better or more often (?)
