Great hotel in a good area with super staff.

Nimman is a popular area. Spoiled for a choice of restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The hotel is fully equipped, two pools, gym, coffee shop, bar etc. Very clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I really liked this hotel.

The room light switches were rather confusing. There is a hidden switch in the shower room which controls the back lights. Also lights controlled from the bed and the entrance.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, tägliche Zimmerreinigung, bequeme Betten

Rooftop-Pool schließt um 21 Uhr und man hat keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Sehr schade das man nach 21 Uhr kein Getränk mehr bekommt auf der Dachterrasse.Es gibt nur zwei Liegen am Pool.

Overall, a nice place to stay in Nimman area.

This was my second time staying at this place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and cleaned every day. Great location, right in the Nimman area

The hotel gym is super small and only has three machines, a single bench, and a couple of light dumbbells.

Dejligt og prisen ok uden at være billig - men fair

Super personale, fine faciliteter. Virkelig god beliggenhed.

Nogle værelser er placeret lige over for hinanden og jeg bryder mig ikke om at have fortsatsgardinerne trukket for hele dagen. Så ved booking anbefaler jeg man spørger på et værelse, der ikke ligger mellem hotellets to bygninger.

Hotel location is unbeatable, and hotel staff are super friendly.

The location of my room - the window is facing the window of another guest room. I asked for a change but did not succeed.

Excellent, quiet and stylish base for exploring Chiang Mai

Excellent, quiet and stylish base for exploring Chiang Mai. Modern and stylish hotel. Nice, modern and spacious room. Very good restaurant. Kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast and lovely outdoor breakfast area. Lovely rooftop pools.

About 15 minutes walk from canals surrounding old town - but absolutely not a problem for us, and if you find the walk too far, it's only 30 THB for a songthaew trip.

Except for the uncomfortable pool loungers and no shade at the pool, our stay was excellent.

Service, room, pools, staff, breakfast, location

The rooftop pools had no umbrellas for shade and the pool loungers had no cushions. It was a test of endurance to try and lay for any length of time on one of the loungers. This is my only complaint about the hotel. However, it is a big one for me because my husband and I like to spend time around a pool during the hot Chiang Mai afternoons.

Amazing location

Location was amazing, walking distance to all the good stuff in Nimman. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. Mattress could be a little softer, but still a good nights sleep.

Skipped breakfast as there were too many amazing options in the area :)

Rooms clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool was great and very clean.

Hot water system was quite hard to adjust correctly. Road noise was little loud during busy periods from inside the room.

Great room and service. Pool, spa, resistant were exceptional. Also let us store luggage while we had to wait for our evening flight.

Shower water temperature can drop randomly while taking shower.

Near perfection!

The rooms felt luxurious and were very clean. the food available in the hotel was incredible, we ate at the hotel at least once per day as it was so delicious. there are two pools at the hotel depending on which side you’re on, we agreed there is clearly one that has a nice surrounding area in terms of table and chairs etc but the other was regularly secluded which meant you could pick depending on desire of a picturesque area or more private.

The gym facilities weren’t great, in total there were three cardio machines and one bench in the gym and very little space to work out in and the dumbbells only go up to 10kg. The room door was also exceptionally heavy when both myself and my partner experienced struggles when opening the door without the other one present.

Great stay at a great price

I only ate breakfast once, it was nice! The location is great, bars and cute cafes everywhere, close to the airport also.

The pool area wasn’t the best, but in all the hotel was excellent and I’ll definitely stay again

No hot water, hard beds and damp smelling rooms

The entrance hall was nice and staff were friendly when asking about local attractions and tours.

We arrived after a late flight (23:00) so wanted to use our shower in the room before going to bed and there was no hot water in our room. When we called reception they said we can use the room next door to shower (not move) and an engineer will come out in the morning to fix the hot water. We went to bed after showering in the next door room. Beds are VERY hard. In the morning we woke up and went for breakfast, which we paid extra for when checking in, and the staff had no recollection of us paying for our breakfast so made us stand outside the restaurant area for 15minutes while they decided if we had paid for our breakfast. After breakfast we went back to our room to shower, hoping that the engineer has fixed our hot water problem...but no, it seemed the engineer hasn't even arrived yet, this was at 10am. We then tried the next door room as still had the key from the shower we had the night before. And that now had no hot water! After calling reception they then sent an engineer up. We sat on our rock hard bed watching the engineers in the ceiling try and fix the hot water. They finally fixed it, we showered, checked out and moved to a different hotel. The rooms also smell damp. There are many better hotels around the area, and probably cheaper than this one.
