Rooms are comfortable, picturesque rooftop swimming pool, kind personnel. Outstanding hospitality and care provided by TK and Bua made us feel welcomed and warm throughout entire stay.
A bit pricy. There are plenty of similar hotels with a cheaper price in Chiang Mai.

The art concept is very cute! The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Located right near all the action in Nimman

The hotel’s location is excellent – close to many restaurants and massage places, and there is even a market right underneath.
The reception staff responded immediately when we reported an issue and sent housekeeping right away.
The bed was made daily, towels were replaced regularly, and the room was generally tidied.
We also received a complimentary non-alcoholic cocktail at the hotel bar, which was a nice gesture.
The water pressure in the shower was very strong and good.
When we entered the room, we found a pair of boxer shorts left on top of the wardrobe, which indicates a serious issue with cleaning control.
There were also visible dust accumulations behind the bed and food crumbs on the nightstand.
Unfortunately, the dirt on the nightstand was not cleaned during our entire stay.
