Very clean room, great facilities, staff were friendly.
Check in was a little difficult but I think that was partly our mistake.

The check-in was quick with clear instructions how to get in. The room itself was clean and spacious
The room is next to a high traffic street with no real sound isolation so that could be a problem if you're a light sleeper. Also, bathrooms and kitchen need a deep cleaning against rust, mold and other stuff which made them very unclean (except the sinks).
The room itself was nice and clean,but because of other facilities grade is much lower.

This accomodstionnis worth staying just for the experience of the building itself. It is spectacular and very typical genovese surprise. Well equipped rooms.
Bathrooms cpuld use a little bit more love, but were spacious. Bed was a bit loud and i could not find a suitable pillow for me, so my sleep was not the best, but otherise a very nice room.

Property is a short walk from the city centre. The man there was nice and very unique old style Italian architecture
The shared facilities had deep mold and the man on WhatsApp rarely responds
