Amazing Villa! We had 2 families and this was perfect for us. A little oasis within the craziness of Chiang Mai. Perfect location, less than 10 minutes to anything (by the super fun red trucks!), walkable to the best coffee and cafes, and the pool was heaven after a day out exploring in the heat! Having breakfast prepared for us every morning was such a lovely luxury and one we looked forward to every day, and Aor was the greatest host who was super helpful with everything!

Location is walkable to shops and market, with lots of food around the area.
Friendly staff.
Clean house. Provided us with plenty of water
Nice pool.
The beds are not the most comfortable.

The host was quick to reply and getting into the space was easy. The house is fabulous for a large family. We were 11 and the open space in the main area was great for hanging out with a large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great for a large group. We got breakfast included with this booking and it was really great to have a large breakfast to start each day. It was within walking distance of lots of massage places, coffee shops, restaurants, and markets. We loved being in the Nimman area. Highly recommended.
A bit more comfy seating in the living area would be good for a larger group. Also, next time we would be clearer with the cleaner about what we wanted done each morning.
