The location was very nice to go to multiple areas of Milan. Very close to Metro.
Would be nice to have someone greet us to show the secrecy of the property. No toilet paper when we arrived.

The location and surrounding neighborhood is absolutely wonderful, you are in a quiet area, but 20 min walking to the Duomo!! Transportation is easy and convenient, the room has all needed amenities and appliances even for a limger stay and a new comfortable bathroom.
The communication with the hosts was impeccable, they have accomodated a private request, have explained the check-in/-out process in an easy way and have stayed available for all and any questions.

It's a bit hard to drag your suitcases up the stairs and there's been an echo all the way through. The room is a bit small, if you need space to move around and do things, but very well utilized otherwise.

The interesting old building in which the apartment was situated. The apartment itself was spacious.
It was further than we would have liked from the centre. The kitchen and bathroom were both small. Knowing that we were visiting to celebrate a birthday it would have been nice to have had some acknowledgment but in fact nothing was provided, not even any water. Very few coffee pods provided considering there were four of us staying for three nights. The fourth bed wasn’t made up for us even though we had paid quite a bit extra for the fourth guest. Our second night was ruined as the next door neighbours had an extremely loud party with guests continuing to arrive after midnight. We couldn’t sleep even with earplugs. Just horrendous. The owner suggested we talk to them. We don’t speak Italian and didn’t feel comfortable confronting such a large group. And to top it all, we left behind a £100 portable speaker which “wasn’t found”.
