The room was beautiful and spacious, it was decorated so tastefully. Bathroom amenities were also very nice. The location is also excellent, walkable to many hip cafes and restaurants, yet quiet day and night. It is a real hidden gem within the bustling Nimman area.
The air-conditioning was a bit of a problem. It works properly for the first few hours but at some point in the middle of the night it gets warmer. I informed the staff and they had a look but because they are not in the room long enough they only see the part where it works properly before it doesn't. I explained this to them but it was not fixed. If you don't need your room that cold you might be ok. No breakfast is provided here. They just have coffee in the lobby, but with many breakfast cafes in the proximity this is ok.

the staff ! they’re very nice and super helpful. the location is also excellent, right in the heart of Nymmanh
it’s a bit difficult to get in and out and there’s no security at the entrance at night. could have used some digital door lock or something
