Staff were great- especially Toom. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. However we were only given one pillow on each single bed. Our room was in building #3 so it was not convenient. Hotel was more basic than it seems to be in photos.
Breakfast was not great for non pork eaters unless you want to eat pastries and eggs every morning.

The swimming pool was super and opened until 10pm. Breakfast very very good, but can be very busy between 8 to 9am. Excellent for families with children.

Loved it. Great hotel, location, facilities, cleanliness. Staff were superb. Hotel pool, jacuzzi was big, the gym was well equiped. Breakfast has a wide section of European and asian dishes. Thai massages all within walking distances, the one across the road (Cozy) is excellent. Hotel is close enough to a shopping mall which has a great food court (15 min walk) would stay again.
It is pricey is the only downside.

Breakfast and location were ok. Staff were lovely.
It was dated and didn't have any redeeming features. It didnt have the wow factor. It was bland decor.
