Very close to the train and city centre!!! Nice that we had access to a washing machine as well! Nice coffee shop a few steps away! Would Stay there again!

A really charming, spotlessly clean, very well furbished apartment in the centre of Firenze close to major sights and also the train station but away from the tourist crowds. Alessandro is a wonderful host, the fridge and the whole apartment was full of goodies, you really find everything you need there. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighbourhood. Washing machine was a great help for us. We absolutely loved everything.

The owners were very attentive, making sure we were comfortable with the key exchange and any other information needed to get to the place. The apartment was super clean and you could tell owner truly cares for it and keeps it clean. The decor was tasteful and everything worked. They had two zone AC, one in the living room/kitchen and another in the bedroom (trust me, not very common in Italy). Bathroom was a little small but very well organized with great decor and amazing shower. There was coffee maker with espresso pods, all you need if you wanted to use the kitchenette (which we didn't), everything for cooking, for shower - literally you don't need to bring anything. They had extra towels, closet, location was amazing. Literally it's a great place to stay as a couple.
The only thing that can probably apply more for Americans who love the place to be freezing, is that the AC keeps the place comfortable but not really cold. If you love to sleep with cold AC so you can use blankets or comforters this is not for you. I have not deducted any points for this because I know this is a cultural thing and I know they offer everything they can. We slept covering ourselves with just sheets which was enough. Also important to note - we were there in the hottest weeks of the summer.
