Adequate. Certainly not as inviting and homely as the pictures make out. We wouldn’t rush back.

The location is fantastic and parking is easy.

It desperately needs a deep clean and repairs done. And for the premium price that’s charged the decor is tired and outdated. We had blown light globes, a broken light switch and the main shower was not clean. Also instead of the small sign in the master bedroom advising you’ll be locked out on the balcony if the door shuts, why not affix a latch so the door can be latched open? A small investment but hugely practical. No fly screens is also disappointing.

Amazing accommodation. Highly recommend. Stunning views with spectacular views. Great house.

Absolutely beautifully appointed duplex house with stunning views. So spacious. Well set up kitchen. Everything that you would expect if you set it up yourself. Backyard balconies a must for watching sunsets, beach and river. View from the upstairs ensuite is a must. Highly recommend.

Some milk would be great? Or notice that there will be none there. Got caught out on the first night.

A perfect location for holidaying with kids. Close to everything - beach and coffee! Lots of space

The apartment had lots of space. The two living areas were great. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was perfect - 2 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the main street.

It would be good to have fly/mozzie screens on the windows or doors.

Be Nosie!

Fabulous location and view. Great layout with easy care furnishings.. 3 toilets. Roomy with plenty of seating. Excellent laundry with drying inside.Had Netflix etc Kitchen was well equipped.

Pets not allowed. Back deck was great but absolutely no shelter from rain or afternoon sun. Meant I had to keep drying the deck and the outdoor furniture after rain, which was daily. But being picky!

Amazing

So close to the beach and a short stroll to the shops, perfect

Be careful we got broken into and our car stolen. Make sure you look all the doors and keep valuables upstairs

We had a fabulous time and will stay in this accommodation again.

The location of the property is outstanding. The views from the back deck and upstairs balcony over the estuary and ocean are incredible. We parked the car and walked everywhere - close to the main street for cafes and restaurants and beautiful walks along the headland and along the beaches. We traveled to local towns to enjoy rainforest, boardwalk, eco and beach walks. Also played golf at Sawtell on two days which was great.

great location and very spacious

whilst it was not dirty, cleaning under cupboards and lounges had not been done for some time and had a lot of dust and cobwebs.

Good

good location. Nosie1 is close to the beach.. You can enjoy a nice view from a hill in a walkable distance. It has a full kitchen and enough bowls,plates, pans etc.

There are dust on the handrails. The laundry basket looks dirty. And the garbage on the balcony hasn’t been cleared away.

Fabulous house and location

Great location, walking distance into the town and to great beaches. Amenities were great and it was the perfect place for a family or senior's holiday.

The cook top was difficult to adjust but everything else was excellent. Make sure you don't park a second car on the naturestrip, it can be costly if the Council arrives!
